Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan, speaks during a TV debate De-risking Africa, with President of South Africa and world business leaders at the 43rd Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum, WEF, in Davos, Switzerland in which Africa was rated second world fastest economy after expanding 5% a year in the past two years, well above the global average. "There are risks for investors wherever you invest in the world," said Nigeria President Jonathan. "But in Africa, political instability is no longer one of them. Presently, about three African states have conducted successful elections two times. Most African states have stable political systems.”
