ABUJA—IT was a rowdy session in the House of Representatives yesterday when Speaker Patricia Etteh decided to adjourn proceedings in honour of deceased former Senate President Evan Enwerem. This was against expectation of the institution of investigations into the alleged N628 million contract scam.
