Yar'Adua postpones Niger Delta Summit indefinitely

PRESIDENT Umaru Yar’Adua has ordered the indefinite suspension of the Niger Delta Summit earlier scheduled for tomorrow. A statement yesterday by Ambassador Babagana Kingibe, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, said “consequently, President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua has directed that the (Niger Delta) summit be postponed to accommodate the wishes of the stakeholders.
